• Building permits

  All kinds of work from the outside painting up the construction of new buildings now need approval from the Building Department.   The structural design is the most important and most responsible study, primary civil engineering work. The development of static study requires expertise, responsibility and study of local regulations and decisions as it is this that provides all the necessary technical data and instructions for safe technical and construction of the project bearing structure. The study includes preparation of calculations and pension plans and calculation documents required for the construction of the bearing structure, and an assessment of that required for the expenditure.

• Energy Certificates

  Energy certificates are necessary in case of sale, rental or participation in programs such as Exoikonomo are certificates that register the property in a particular energy rating based on consumption that has in relation to the energy used and are valid 10 years. Our office undertakes to issue energy certificates directly and at low cost.

• Supervisions- Project Managment

  The supervision of a project is necessary following the study so that it is properly implemented both for the safety of the construction and for its legitimacy. The firm provides continuous monitoring, participation and communication with the project team in order to guarantee a correct and successful outcome.

• Ε.Ο.Τ. Liecence

  The EOT licenses (Greek National Tourism Organization) issued for the exploitation of property for tourist use (tourist furnished house or villa, hotel rooms / apartments etc.). For the authorization required pension plans, declarations, the concentration range of required documents and the deposit file to the competent in the event Tourist Office.

• Licenses for stores

  We design, drawing file with all necessary in the legislation and supporting the full implementation of procedures concerning the pre-approval and approval of sanitary interest stores.
